
DRIVING AREAS & INSURANCE
Scooters and motorbikes can be driven all over Crete on public paved roads, including Stalis, Malia, Hersonissos, beaches, cities and villages. You are free to explore the island easily and flexibly on approved routes. Driving off-road, on dirt roads or unpaved routes is not allowed and is not covered by insurance. Always stay on paved roads and follow local traffic regulations for a safe scooter and motorbike rental experience in Crete.
FUEL & CONSUMPTION
All scooters and motorbikes use unleaded petrol. Fuel is not included in the rental price. Fuel consumption varies depending on engine size and riding style. Scooters are very economical, with an average consumption of around 2–3L per 100 km, making them ideal for affordable and efficient transport around Crete.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
To rent a scooter or motorbike in Crete, a valid driving license is required depending on the engine category, along with a passport or ID card. Some scooter categories may require a car driving license or a specific motorcycle license. Our team will help you choose the right vehicle based on your license.
